With the aim of expanding our sales team in the Corporate Department, we are looking for:

 

 Senior credit risk analyst (SME segment) - BEOGRAD

with a job position in Čačak

 

What you will do (key duties and responsibilities):

     1.      Performs the tasks of controlling the applications and the documentation necessary for the analysis and preparation of the proposal at the clients’ requests:

     2.      Performs credit-financial analysis, makes cash flow analyses and projections and performs other tasks and analyses regarding the loan application processing and preparation of the credit proposals (reviews, annual reports…) with the aim of executing the budget, and bears responsibility for the business result and the achievement of the set  business targets;

     3.      Performs the tasks related to the analysis of investment projects from different aspects, in compliance with the Bank’s internal documents and the local and international practice;

     4.      Enters the client’s balance-sheet data into the database in KDP application and generates the financial analysis reports, as well as analysis of the clients’ financial situation;

     5.      Obtains from other organizational units in the Bank the documents regarding the offered security, obtains and retrieves reports from the Credit Bureau;

     6.      Obtains and retrieves reports from the Credit Bureau for the clients;

     7.      Cooperates with other organizational units with the aim of preparing the necessary analyses, the final proposal and report on the client (review) for the responsible body/decision-making level, while cooperating with the department from the Risk Function on the credit risk assessment when preparing the analyses and proposals, including also the environmental risk and the limits defined on the Bank’s level;

     8.      Generates the client’s internal rating and classification in the KDP application in the process of preparing the proposal, as well as during the life of the loan, in accordance with the implemented and applicable procedures and instructions;

     9.      Participates in the preliminary analysis of the client’s business operations, creditworthiness, potential terms and structure of the Bank’s engagement with the client, including also the structuring of the cooperation strategy, in cooperation with the employees in charge of sale, and particularly in case of more significant and complex transactions;

  10.      Participates in defining more complex strategies and forms of business cooperation with the clients;

  11.      Monitors the client’s business activity and the financial situation, implementation of projects and investments whose financing has been approved and disbursed by the Bank, or within a specific arrangement or a form of cooperation or fully or partly from the credit lines, including also the gathering/updating of the client’s documentation and files during the life of the loan;

  12.      Prepares reports related to the activities that are the responsibility of the Department in accordance with the internal documents, procedures and instructions (about the performed monitoring, annual report on the client (review) etc.);

  13.      Works on identifying the warning signals that might result in the development of negative tendencies, from the viewpoint of business results and the client’s capacity to service the debt, and records them in the appropriate applications, in accordance with the internal documents, procedures and instructions. 

 

Prerequisites:

  • VSS (VII) university graduate degree in Economics;
  • At least 4 years of work experience in the same or similar positions in banking or in credit-financial analysis;
  • Knowledge of English and computer literacy (MS OFFICE – Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Outlook);
  • Professionalism, initiative and creative thinking, goal-oriented, analytical skills.
