Senior System Analyst

What will you do

  • Analysis of business requirements and creating functional specifications
  • Designing software solutions based on business requirements and coordinating implementation activities
  • Interact with software architect to understand software limitations
  • Help programmers during system development, e.g. provide use casesflowcharts, business process diagrams.
  • Work on improving existing banking applications
  • Preparing test scenarios, planning, organizing and coordinating testing
  • Participate in projects for implementation of new technologies, digitalisation, new products and improvements of exsisting ones
  • Problem solution in cooperation with other IT segments
  • Helping in incident solutions
  • Cooperation with internal specialists and external partners on developing  new business solutions
  • Analysis of new business processes in the context of inclusion in existing application solutions
  • Defining and controlling the fulfillment of agreed SLA parameters related to software solutions.

What we are asking

  • Bachelor or master's degree in technical, computer or economic direction
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar or the same jobs
  • Business analysis experience
  • Good knowledge of banking processes and relevant technologies
  • Developed communication skills (ability to communicate successfully and collaborate with different user profiles)
  • Practical knowledge working with Microsoft SQL and T-SQL
  • Active knowledge of the English language
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
